Ted and I spent a week in Scottsdale to take in some spring training games and soak up some warmer temperatures. We toured around, enjoyed a special meal, and had a night out in downtown Phoenix.
Because this is a particularly good spring for wildflowers, we took a drive up to Bartlett Lake where there were beautiful views and lots of flowers, including the rare white poppies.
We went with cousin Matt to see the Cubs play the Rangers.
And Ted and I went to see the Giants play the Angels, the Padres, and the Royals.
Then we returned to Prescott, where our thoughts turned to gardening and other spring endeavors.
